Working in a profession mostly populated by males, Gaelyn is one of the few female bounty hunters for hire among both humans and aliens. Her family’s lineage is tracking bounties, so hunting is in her blood. Gaelyn is a skilled hunter and takes her contracts seriously. She is known as being self-confident, arrogant, fearless and unyielding.

After winning her own space ship from a poker match, Gaelyn has become a highly sought after and wealthy woman. There is only one other hunter that she views as a rival, Reese, a Trondite from Sor-Trondalag. Reese is extremely clever and gorgeous; he resembles the devil himself, with his seductive features, long black hair, onyx eyes, lean muscular build and red skin, not to mention his horns and barbed tail. She fantasizes about body, but in reality, she despises him for cheating her out of several contracts and potential profits.

Gaelyn is in pursuit of her latest contract; a murderous, reptilian creature named Gagmar, who has the ability to change his scaled-skin to blend into his surroundings. She purposely deflected her opponent, Reese, from their adversary’s trail, which gave her an opportunity to pursue the most recent lead on the ice planet of Quaoar. Upon arrival on the planet and securing her ship and lodging, Gaelyn proceeded with her investigation to locate Gagmar.

During a conversation with a bartender, Gaelyn happens to notice her target lurking nearby, but soon after giving chase, Gagmar disappeared. The bartender points Gaelyn in the direction of a cloaked man sitting at a table in the bar. He would be the one to guide her to the ice tunnels, more than likely, that’s where Gagmar is hiding. Unfortunately, when she approached the cloaked man and he reveals himself to her, she is furious to find out that it is Reese in disguise.

Gaelyn is perplexed about the situation with Reese. She wonders what trickery he is up to, is he trying to deceive her again? The clock is ticking and time is running out, she has to find Gagmar before he escapes on another ship and leaves this planet. She dose not have time to bargain with Reese, especially with her feelings of disdain and hate towards him, yet at the same time, an intense yearning of desire for him.

Chasing Booty is an interesting read. The characters are entertaining and the plot will keep the reader intrigued and wanting more. Shannon Leigh is a wonderful and talented writer with a wild imagination. I would recommend this e-book to any reader that has an interest in erotic paranormal, romance, sci-fi and futuristic genres.

Renee and her two friends, Candi, and Mina, were having a long over due "girls night in" slumber party. There plan for the night was to have lots of drinking, gossiping about the men in their lives, playing a board game and maybe (if they aren’t passed out by then) a movie. When Mina arrived at the party, she handed Renee a bottle of alcohol and an unusual board game named Erotikos, where women’s fantasy’s become reality. Renee was startled when an image appeared in the mirrored circle of the box, like it was responding to her touch. She had an odd feeling about this, but dismissed it and considered it just another board game.

Upon further inspection of the game and the contents in the box, the three women were amazed by the detailed artwork of the pewter figurines and the images drawn on the sides of the game board. There were eight realistic looking male characters, seductively drawn into four groups; Indian/Cowboy, Mermaid/Selkie, Vampire/Werewolf, and Business man/ Construction worker. The game pieces also matched the characters. The three of them picked out their playing pieces; Renee was enticed with the Indian, Mina desired the Vampire and with lust filled eyes, Candi chose the Selkie.

The game promised their most intimate desires would be fulfilled and plenty of adventures to be had, roll the dice, pick a card, and in order to return home, complete their task. When they rolled the dice and agreed to their task, all three friends found themselves sucked into the game, face to face with the gorgeous characters they chose. Will they be able to complete their task in order to return home or have they entered a realm where demons exist, whose intent is other than fulfilling their wildest dreams?

Erotikos is an immensely pleasurable read. Shannon Leigh did wonders forming the plot and the characters are lasciviously depicted. I would definitely recommend this story to any reader interested in erotic paranormal romance, shape shifter and vampire genres.

Ivona Knight is a beautiful and alluring woman with features of a porcelain doll. No mere human would ever speculate that she was concealing a curse so evil and hideous deep within her soul. She is bound to walk this earth until her promise can be fulfilled, to avenge her family and her lover by slaying all future descendants of Vlad Tepes Dracula.

Ivona’s vengeance leads her to a tavern. A terrible storm has taken out the power and demolished the bridge, so no one can leave. The patrons are running rampant with their dismay. Not knowing how long they will be stranded in this place, they proceed to argue amongst themselves over the only available food left. One woman proposes that each person tell a story, whether true or false, and the bartender will judge what story is the best and the winner gets the prize.

Ivona’s story was of her past and how she obtained The Evil that she now carries within her. While she was conveying her story, Ivona detects a strong familiar presence. A handsome stranger with black hair, blue eyes and the physique of an athlete catchers her eye and makes her body feel things she has not felt in centuries. Is this the descendant of Dracula that she is meant to slay or is he harboring a secret of his own, waiting for their paths to cross one another?

DARK TALES 1: VAMPYRESS will captivate the reader until they finish the last page and left wanting more. I was impressed on the aspect Shannon Leigh gave to this story. The plot and the character development are sensational for such a short story. I will definitely be awaiting the next book in the series and eager to read more about the characters. I would recommend this for anyone who likes paranormal, vampire, horror, and thriller genres.
