Cassie Roux is an extremely dedicated Wolf Biologist. Her one and only goal, is to complete her job by finding the lupus red wolves, and protecting them from hunters, to secure their survival in the wild. However, being a lupus garou herself, a royal red wolf shifter, Cassie soon finds out it’s not only the Hunters hunting her, but an alpha pack leader, Leidolf, that wants to claim her as his mate.

Leidolf Wildhaven has become the alpha pack leader to a mistreated and dysfunctional pack of lupus garous. After being a loner for so long, Leidolf realizes how exhausting it is to keep up with all the riffraff of managing a pack, and truly wants to settle down with a mate of his own. On a trip to Portland, Leidolf is sent to retrieve the lecturer of the seminar he is attending, and that’s when he falls for the lovely and regal, Cassie Roux. Not knowing she is one of his kind, he tries to woo her for a seductive night of passion, but then his whole world is turned upside down when he becomes aware of the fact she is a female lupus garou. Leidolf is bent on protecting her from herself, as well as others out to harm her, and the ones she cares most about.

Cassie is still blaming herself for the loss of her family by hunters, but she needs to come to terms with the fact it wasn’t her fault in order to give herself completely to Leidolf. Will Leidolf be able to triumph over Cassie’s fears or will he become the next target of the hunt?

Terry Spear really knows how to ensnare her readers! Seduced by the Wolf has everything a paranormal romance reader wants; sensualness, adventure, excitement, are just a few words to describe this well rounded story. Spear has effectively incorporated lifelike emotions with her characters, as well as an impressive display of character development. The sexual tension between Cassie and Leidolf is maddening and I felt myself cheering for Leidolf by wanting Cassie to come to her senses and take him for her mate. Spear has not yet disappointed me in a story that she has wrote. I do and will recommend this book to all.
