Krystal and Troy are co-workers and friends who decide to attend a company dinner together in order to fend off the boredom of long speeches and tedious small talk.  What neither of them expects is the sparks that fly on the dance floor, which leads to an explosive night of passion.  However, the next morning both of them have to decide are they better off as lovers or as friends…

Who says only skinny girls should have all the fun?!?  I love when we “un-supermodel” types get the gorgeous and sexy guy that every other girl wants!!!  It gives me hope!  Krystal, who never imagines her relationship with co-worker and friend, Troy, would ever go beyond “just friends” is surprised but definitely on board when Troy makes a move on the dance floor that can only be described as “come hither”.  The action quickly progresses to the bedroom and the action there is combustible!

 This was a quick little read that was erotic and entertaining.  The sex was hot, maybe not very romantic, but I don’t think that was the author’s intent.  Being heavy on the lust, I think the reader is supposed to assume romance follows once they decide to get out of bed (wink!) and begin the real relationship.  If I have one complaint it would be that I would have liked a little more dialogue leading in to Troy’s first move on the dance floor, only because I felt like it came from out of left field.  However, if you are looking for a short story that will get your juices flowing and make you laugh out loud, Dinner Delights should be on your menu!
