Jade is undergoing a very difficult year; Almost a year has passed since her husband died leaving her a single parent to 6 children and then, six months ago, she lost both her parents to a car accident. Except for her children, she is all alone, wondering how she will raise her children, deal with her sorrow and continue with her life as a single woman again.
When Jade receives news that she is the sole owner of the Featherstone Estate, complete with a gothic styled castle, four sided courtyard with towers, and plenty of other properties to support her family, she was in disbelief. It seemed so surreal, but Jade is delighted to be back in her homeland and was even happier to see her children playing and snooping around the intricate castle.
After moving into the castle, Jade assembled a weekend Halloween party to celebrate, she even invited Elizabeth, the town's witch, to perform a ceremony for the Fae, who were supposed to live in the surrounding woodlands. Donning a well-fitting costume, Jade and her friend, Tracy, intended to entertain their guests and maybe stumble across a man. That’s when Jade met the GOD-like hunk of a man, who made her heart sizzle and loins tingle, yearning to be touched by him. To her surprise, he was actually a GOD. He was Dagda of the Tuatha de Dannon, God of lust, pain, sex and poem, and on his back, he carried a sword and harp. Dagda was on an unstoppable quest to make Jade his mate.
To Jade, this was the beginning of trouble for her. She sensed she belonged with him, but she is unable to let go of mourning for her husband. She needed a man who cared for her and her children, not a one night stand with a GOD! When Jade tends to a wounded, swan her whole world is turned upside down, once again, and this time it might cost her, her life.
For a short Erotica story, The Celtic God Who Loved her is a flaming HOT read! The sexual tension and scorching passion between Jade and Dagda is sensational and truly felt. Selene Noreen has dove into the fascinating realm of mythology and successfully produced an alluring tale of a supreme love and bond between God and mortal. I sincerely hope Selene takes flight with this storyline and produces much more adventures with these characters. The God Who Loved Her is a MUST Read and should be added to your TBR pile.
